In this series of workshops, you’ll learn how to design your life through a proven structure by writing down your ideal life, similar to creating a vision board. The first workshop focuses on physical health and is designed to help you break through any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
You‘ll reflect and deeply think about your physical health goals and objectives at this workshop. You’ll also gain insight into how to craft achievable goals that can help you lead a healthy lifestyle.
Furthermore, AnnaLea will provide proven techniques and helpful tips for creating and implementing a plan for improving your physical health. At this workshop, we will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to make positive changes that focus on physical wellness.
