Pausing your membership requires a $5/month nominal holding fee instead of the regular subscription amount.

Q. How can I cancel my membership?

A. You can cancel your membership by going through the Practice Better membership portal.

Q. Can I share my membership?

A. Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only. Each person will need their own separate membership.

Q. What is the cost of the membership?

A. There are 3 membership tiers. Bloom membership for $149/ month, Flow membership for $349/ month, and the Radiate membership at $549/ month.
